Here at Australian Warning Systems, we know just how frustrating it can be when equipment faults or fails, that is why we offer a troubleshooting and repair service in house and over the phone.

Your vehicles won’t always be able to come to us here in Hallam for us to diagnose or fix the problem, our office staff and technicians will be available by phone and email to discuss the issue and assist you in resolving it, if troubleshooting doesn’t fix it, its likely the part will need to be replaced which our office staff can assist with, we deliver parts all over Australia saving you the hassle of having to track down someone locally.

If you are local or you happen to be in the area, please come by for us to assist you, if the parts need to be replaced and we have the replacement parts in stock we can provide you with a cost to replace immediately, if the item is covered under warranty we will replace/repair free of charge.

At Australian Warning Systems, our Arrowboards are built here in Hallam by our talented production team. Although our boards are built to be tough, we understand that occasionally things can fail or get broken over time. We always have spare parts available that we can send out to you or fix here in Hallam also. We also send out troubleshooting guides with all  of our boards.

If the arrow board faults, you can call us on 03 9796 5880 and we can assist to determine the fault over the phone and send out replacement parts if required, you can also bring the vehicle in to us to diagnose the fault and we can then arrange a booking to replace these faulty parts.

We don’t normally come across issues with UHF Radio’s, when we do, it is usually an interference issue. This issue can usually be easily resolved by relocating the antenna preferably on to the bulbar or a further away point depending on your vehicle type. If the radio stops working all together you may require a replacement, call us to arrange an inspection so we can trace the issue and determine 100% if the radio has failed, we can supply a new one and install either on the day depending on availability or another day.
