Built on‑site in Hallam from a powder‑coated aluminium frame, this robust manual gas‑strut operated sign system fits a standard 1200 × 600 mm Class I or Class II reflective panel (single or double‑sided) with powerful LED or halogen beacon options, low‑pivot brackets and Rhino‑Rack mounting legs to suit any vehicle application. Quick‑deploy gas struts and ergonomic handle give smooth raise/lower operation for fast traffic control, while optional LED work and panel lights enhance nighttime visibility. Supplied complete with wiring harness and backed by onsite installation and parts warranty, this sign frame delivers compliant, high‑impact hazard messaging that keeps crews safer and keeps your project on schedule — perfect for contractors, councils, roadworks, utilities, emergency response and safety professionals seeking dependable, high‑visibility vehicle signage.

Designed and manufactured in Australia. They are built on our premises in Hallam, made to suit your specific vehicle/mounting requirements.
Our standard sign set up includes:
– Powder coated aluminium frame (designed to suit a 1200mm x 600mm sign)
– Low level pivot brackets (lies flat when down)
– Your choice of Halogen or LED rotating beacons and beacon mounting plates
– Gas struts either side with handle to raise and lower the sign
– Heavy duty powder coated crossbars
– Rhinorack leg system to mount to your vehicle
Optional Add On’s:
– Left and Right LED work lights – Front and rear LED lights to illuminate sign for night time use
– Surface mount LED lights mounted to crossbar
– M5 Message Display
