Despatch & Freight Information

We offer delivery Australia wide using a variety of interstate and local couriers to ensure your order arrives to you in a timely manner at the most efficient cost. For more information regarding the types of couriers we use, please see “Our Courier Partners” section above.

We are partnered with many different couriers both interstate and local, this allows us to offer everyone Australia wide the most efficient service. Just to name a few, we use Startrack, TNT, FedEx, Northline, Lightning Transport, Hi Trans, Couriers Please, Swift Transport, Burra Couriers, Bunyip Couriers and more.

Your products will typically arrive within 1 – 2 business days. There are a few things that may affect this time frame including where you are located, whether the item(s) you have ordered need to go to our production team and whether we have the item on the shelf.
AWS staff will provide you with a timeline once order is placed.

Delivery cost will vary from order to order, our standard delivery for everyday items such as reverse alarms, radios etc. are typically $20 – $25.00. As we deliver all of our products including large items such as Arrowboards and Oversize Signs, price can be over $100 depending on where we are sending it. We can provide an estimate over when ordering.

Products are insured during the transit process; we understand from time-to-time freight can get lost or damaged during the transportation process. If this is something that does happen, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us and we will follow this up on your behalf, if need be, we will send out your order again.
