We always endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 1-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State
- 7-14 working days for delivery to most large regional towns
- 7-14 working days for delivery to other remote locations.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the items to be picked and packed.
Please note that the above time frames apply to goods that are in stock only. In the case we are out of stock, you will be notified and additional days may apply.
Our carriers deliver during business hours only (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm).
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary. Large items require extra handling and may take longer to transport.
Items may be delivered to you individually and/or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.
For some items, the courier may attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.
We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You must enter your preferred delivery address at the time you order. If you enter the wrong address, we will resend the product to the correct address but you will have to pay additional courier fees.
For certain products, items may be delivered directly to you by Australian Warning Systems supplier.
